Well, since LittleAriel.com turned TEN last year, it's been a little quiet on the Little Mermaid front... however, that's not to say that 2011 didn't include some exciting developments. for starters, the Disney Animator's Collection Ariel doll (along with ALL the other Disney Princesses) came a'swimmin to a Disney Store near you, affordable, but you wouldn't really want to take her out of the box 
And then the new Ariel's Undersea Adventure opened at Disney's California Adventure in June! I hope to check it out soon. Also, opening in late 2012 (this year) are the Little Mermaid themed hotel rooms at Disney's Art of Animation Resort in Florida located next to Disney's Pop Century Resort: http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/resorts/art-of-animation.htm
I'm also pretty sure there will be a lot of other exciting new things on the Ariel horizon, so stay tuned, be safe  and, as always....
