Hello Arielle... I LOVE your name :) The show was cancelled because it was pretty expensive to make and the audience for it got smaller and smaller. I know it's sad, but at least we got quite a few episodes before they cancelled it...

Unfortunately, Disney would not permit a "Fan Site" such as mine to profit from their Trademarks or Registered Characters. I know I would not be receiving monetary compensation, but then if Disney came-a-callin', I'd have to prove it. Placing any ad banners for business/businesses would violate their policies and might get me in a lot of hot water. Also, your show may be considered a competing event to them.
As much as I'd love to promote LittleAriel.com through such a link exchange as you're proposing, in this case I'm going to have to decline.
